Access to the site

Access to the service is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to breakdowns and necessary maintenance intervention. Tour Aventure will not be held responsible for prolonged time taken to access our site caused by insufficient internet connection. In all eventualities, the utilisation of the web site implicates an acceptance of the terms and conditions of the site, cited below. With the Exception of a formal and express dissention on our part, all site control on line requires complete adherence to Tour Aventure’s specific and general terms and conditions of sale. Certain personal information is essential to the organisation of our holidays and invoicing. On our forms this will be indicated by a red asterisks. Other information is optional and serves as a means for us to know a bit more about you. Tour Aventure respects the confidentiality of your forms and e-mails. Payment security

The prices are indicated in Euros. Tour Aventure sends an invoice to each necessary service provider will all legal mentions demanded by French legislation.

Payment for the holidays can be made on line either by a secure electronic payment or by cheque or bank transfer in Euros, made payable to TOUR AVENTURE.
To secure payments on line we use SPPLUS system run by « Caisse d'Epargne » bank.
When you make a payment by card, your personal information is encoded – guaranteeing a complete security.

Litigation

All commands on our site are subjected to French law. In the event of contestation of interpretation, execution or realisation of one of the commands on line, the litigation will be taken to the Ajaccio tribunal
