1) Reservation
After confirming your reservation a copy will be sent to us via internet and you print a copy for yourselves; this copy is to be sent to us signed and with the payment attached if you have not chosen to make the payment by bank card.
2) Confirmation
After having received your payment we can confirm your reservation (normally in the following two days).
3) Access to client space
From this point you will have access to your own client space. You can follow the progress of your reservation directly on line and consult your holiday documents.
4) You will receive confirmation of your reservation, accompanied by..
A receipt of payment.
Your insurance contract.
Your holiday ionformation sheet.
5) After making the payment..
You will recieve a holiday pack which contains your….. convocation, luggage labels as well as general information for your holiday. For self-guided holidays you will also receive your maps and route notes.

Despite being so close to the uk, Corsica still remains a mystery to most. The island has such a lot to offer and this week's itinerary gives an insight into both the mountains and the coastline. The holiday is led by a fully qualified walking guide, the groups are limited to no more than eight people and with the minibus there is freedom to be flexible and re-organise the itinerary in accordance with the weather. Participants for this holiday may well be english, french, or a mix of both, which we feel adds a certain group dynamic.
The first base is a small hotel in the mountains, the village is called Soccia. From here we can walk to the picturesque Creno lake and discover the unique village of Muna.
The second part of the holiday is based in a small confortable hotel, just 20mins walk from the beach in Serriera on the west coast. This is the ideal base to discover the pink sea cliffs of Porto, Piana and it's Genoise tower. A wonderful boat trip will take us to the marine reserve of Scandola, completing your view of Corsica, the mountain in the sea. |

Day 1
Rendez vous in Ajaccio. Meet the group and transfer by bus to the first base. We drive north to Sagone before heading inland and up into the hills to the small village of Soccia. |
Day 2
Walk down to the village of Guagno les Bains, known for its hot thermal spa waters. Explore the vestiges of an ancient abandonned village before making our way to a mountain torrent, the Filicioni.

Day 3
Today we take the waymarked trail called the 'Mare a Mare nord.' We wander through the maquis, a jumble of corsican aromatic vegetation and herbs following the direction of the river Liamone. We arrive at the village of Letia where we have time to explore. Continuing on, our trail will lead us to the picturesque old hamlet of Muna, in the foothills of the Cinarca mountains.

Day 4
From Soccia village we go up to the high hills above. A well trodden trail leads up through the maquis. Views of the valley to the west. Once at the lake we can take time to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Day 5
A short drive along the coast from Serriera to the Porto marina. From Porto we can take the boat to Scandola. The sea cliffs and scenery is breathtaking, the Scandola reserve is protected by unesco as a site of world beauty.3h00. |
Day 6
A coastal walk that is absolutely spectacular. A path leads out to a promentary known as Capu Rossu. The cliffs plunge straight down to the pounding sea below and a Genoise tower awaits you high above.

Level of difficulty
The walks are on good footpaths and trails, the terrain is varied but often rocky. You need to be used to walking all day and take regular exercise to enjoy this holiday. Moderate with strenuous sections.

Experienced Tour Leader. You will be in a mixed group of french and english speaking persons.
Carrying
You need to carry a small day sack only with a water bottle, camera, picnic and windproof jacket.
The main luggage will be transported by vehicle between the different accommodations. It is also important to consider that it may be necessary to carry your bags short distances at the start or end of your holiday. You will need the appropriate luggage.
