..Mare e Monti....Mare e Monti...Mare e Monti...Mare e Monti.. | |
|
 | Mare e Monti | The Mare e Monti is one of the five classic hikes in Corsica and snakes around the foot of the massifs through some lovely forests and villages. The Mare e Monti encompasses all the contrasts and colours of Corsica. Awaiting you are enticing views of sweeping bays, high, airy peaks and dazzling blue waters; both mountain and sea are forever present. As well as the stunning landscapes you will pass through a series of villages that are a joy to discover. From the “Calanche de Piana”, the Fango valley, the gulf of Porto and the Scandola natural reserve, discover a unique trail through a place classed by UNESCO as a site of world beauty. At times the Mare e Monti can present challenging hikes but our self-guided formula means you can walk at your own pace and take your time to appreciate the ever-changing landscapes and sea-views. |
 | Mare a Mare South | | One of Southern Corsica's most walked trails, the Mare a Mare South takes you from the gulf of Porto Vecchio on the East coast through the mountains of the Alta Rocca region to Propriano on the West coast. |
